Customs Recordal on Intellectual Properties
The recordal of intellectual properties to the Customs is a procedure for holders of intellectual properties to record the rights of their intellectual properties (including trademarks, patents and copyrights) with the database of the Customs, in order to obtain protection and quick action from the Customs, while infringing goods are found.

According to the Regulations on Customs Protection of Intellectual Property Rights of the PRC , after the record is made, an intellectual property right holder could request Customs to detain goods suspected of infringement, when he/she find any infringing goods are about to be imported or exported. If those detained goods are infringement upon investigation by the customs, those infringing goods shall be confiscated by the customs.

Recordal on Amazon Brand Registry
"Following (selling the same)" is very common, and a special feature in AMAZON, some sellers love it but the others hate it. Because it can simply bring you some orders, but if sellers cannot provide the same, you will be in trouble. With the seriously increasing of following, the development of the Amazon platform sellers is blocked. The most sellers in the platform are small in size, once their products are followed, sales will fall sharply, and even the "listing" modify permission will be robbed by another sellers.

This phenomenon can easily lead to a drop of the platform's order, the sellers were forced into a price war and their profits were greatly reduced. Therefore, if you want to be an Amazon seller, or say that you want to do a good job on the Amazon platform, the first step is to prevent following. To prevent the following, it's very simple, register your own trademarks, record your trademark to the Amazon Brand Registry, create your own listing, and build your brand.
